Community Representative
Nicholas Sarpong-Kumankoma currently works with the Church of Pentecost Headquarters, Accra, Ghana as Deputy Chief Manager (HR) and Head of the HR Department, a position he has held from 2000 to date, where he is responsible for all aspects of HR within the Organization. He has over 28 year of experience in Human Resource Management.
Nicholas has also worked as the Personnel and Industrial Relations Superintendent at the Resolute Amansie Ltd from 1997 – 2000; and also at Scantstyle Mim Ltd as a Personnel and Administration Manager.
Born in Afrisipakrom of the Tano North District of the Brong Ahafo Region, Nicholas holds a Master of Business Administration (Employment Relations) from the University of Leicester, UK; an Executive Master of Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) from Gamey & Gamey Academy of Mediation/Pulse Institute, Africa, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in law (LLB) from the Mount crest University College, Ghana. He has a Diploma in Education and Bachelor of Arts (Secretaryship) degree from the University of Cape Coast.
