AUMS signed a partnership agreement with NADeF to support the development of human resources in the Newmont Ahafo Mine Community.
The scholarship worth GHc60,000.00 annually will support two tertiary students studying mining and health science-related courses and ten youth for apprenticeship training.
AUMS has committed to this yearly
Scholarship award until the company ceases to operate in Ahafo.
