Her career has spanned various roles in the National Health Insurance Authority, Tano Rural Bank, Nkoranza Nkwabre Rural Bank, and Techiman Municipal Assembly. She holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast and became a Chartered Accountant in 2022
